Everton are progressing in talks to sign forward Iliman Ndiaye from French side Marseille on a permanent deal.
Ndiaye, 24, scored four goals in 46 games for the club last season after joining from Sheffield United for £20m.
BBC Sport understands the two clubs are close to finding an agreement.
Ndiaye would become Everton's third signing of the summer, following midfielder Tim Iroegbunam and winger Jack Harrison.
