Eastleigh sign Pearson from Weston-super-Mare

Sam Pearson has played for Wales up to U21's level

Eastleigh have signed attacker Sam Pearson from Weston-super-Mare on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old Welsh winger started his career at Bristol City and also played for AFC Wimbledon and Yeovil Town.

He has been capped for Wales and their youth teams all the way up to the U21's.

"I'm absolutely delighted," Eastleigh boss Scott Bartlett said.

"I know Sam really well, and he's an exciting player with plenty of potential.

"As soon as we knew there was a deal to be done, it was something we wanted to do. He is a good addition to the squad and I'm sure he will do very well here."
