Barnsley have signed forward Stephen Humphrys on a one-year deal following his release from Wigan Athletic as well as Mansfield Town forward David Keillor-Dunn for an undisclosed fee.
Humphrys, 26, spent three years with the Latics and won the League One title in his first season with the club.
Keillor-Dunn, also 26, joins on a three-year deal having scored 22 goals and provided nine assists as the Stags won promotion from League Two last term.
"I've weighed up my options throughout the summer and decided that this is the place I want to be," Humphrys told the club website., external
"I spoke to the manager, and to be honest, it didn't really take much convincing for me. I know that Barnsley is a great club and shouldn't be in this league."
Keillor-Dunn added: "It’s been stressful, it’s been a while, it’s took its time. Good things come to those who wait."
