"The fans should and always will respect Mark Robins' legacy, but we're now doing our own thing.

"The players are a joy to work with. My relationship with Doug King is very good, we have a close relationship, he has a great passion for the club.

"I'm a more relaxed manager now than when I started, I have learned a lot. I'm more level-headed and I understand the job as well as I ever have."

As the one-year anniversary of his appointment at Coventry City as successor to Mark Robins approaches next month, Sky Blues boss Frank Lampard sat down with BBC Radio 4's Mike Williams to reflect on his time at the club, his relationship with the fans and his growth as a manager.
