Bromley manager Andy Woodman has been given a three-match touchline ban after he was shown a red card in his side's 3-3 draw with Tranmere Rovers at Hayes Lane earlier this month.
Woodman was sent off for his protests against Nathan Smith's 27th-minute goal for Tranmere, which levelled the score at 1-1 in the League Two match.
The Football Association alleged the 54-year-old used "abusive and/or insulting words" towards the referee, external after he was sent off and then again after the final whistle.
Kyle Cameron's 15th-minute header had given Bromley the lead before Smith pegged Woodman's side back.
Nicke Kabamba headed the hosts back in front before Michael Cheek scored from the spot to give the Ravens a two-goal cushion.
But Omari Patrick hit back less than a minute later before Cameron Norman made it 3-3 on the hour mark.
Bromley captain Byron Webster was then also dismissed on 71 minutes.
Woodman will not be allowed on the touchline for the Ravens' upcoming League Two matches against MK Dons and Colchester United, as well as their FA Cup first round tie against Bristol Rovers in between.
