Gillingham midfielder Armani Little has been banned for two matches after admitting using using offensive, insulting or abusive language in his side's FA Cup first round loss at Newport County.
Little's actions in the 46th minute were not seen by the referee but were recorded on video.
The 28-year-old admitted the charge, which related to his conduct towards Newport County fans after he had been injured.
Little had appealed to have his two-game ban reduced, but an Independent Regulatory Commission rejected his appeal.
