Palsson leaves Plymouth by mutual consent

Plymouth Argyle have confirmed Iceland midfielder Victor Palsson has left the the club by mutual consent.
Palsson, 34, who has 50 international caps, joined Argyle in 2024, making 31 appearances for the club.
Upon his departure, Palsson thanked Plymouth for bringing him back to England after coming through Liverpool's academy.
"I'm really grateful for my time at Plymouth Argyle and to those who gave me the chance to play in English football again," he told the club website., external
"It was short, and didn't go how I, or anyone, had hoped, but I'm thankful for the opportunity.
"I wish the club, the players, the staff and everyone involved with Argyle nothing but the best moving forward.
"And to the Green Army: we're all just humans doing our best. Your support means more than you know."
