Jersey Bulls' women's team will play in the English football pyramid for the first time this season.
The newly-formed side will compete in the South East Counties Women's Football League Surrey Division One.
It is the first time a women's team from Jersey has had regular fixtures in an English league and comes in the same season that Guernsey FC's women begin a first campaign in Southern Region Women's Football League Division One South.
The team will play their home fixtures at St Helier's Springfield Stadium.
"This is a hugely exciting moment for everyone involved," manager Chad Morris said.
"To see a group of local players come together to represent Jersey in a UK league is a big statement about where women's football is heading in the Island."
The club first outlined plans for a women's side to play in the English league system in 2023.
Players will still be able to play for their local club sides on the island thanks to a duel registration system, as well as playing for the Bulls in England.
