Goalkeeper Farman heads list of Barrow departures

Goalkeeper Paul Farman heads a list of eight players who are set to leave League Two Barrow this summer.
Farman, 35, played 179 games for the Bluebirds after signing from Carlisle United four years ago.
He is joined in leaving by defenders Theo Vassell, Junior Tiensia, Mazeed Ogungbo and Sam Barnes, winger Charlie Kirk and forwards Ged Garner and Dom Telford.
Meanwhile, Barrow remain in discussions with Robbie Gotts, Elliot Newby, Kian Spence and Dean Campbell, while David Worrall is in conversations, external over a player-coach role.
Barrow finished the campaign in 16th and ended with only one defeat in their last 13 games.
