Queen's Park will host Glasgow neighbours Partick Thistle in an all-Championship Scottish Cup third-round tie.
There is one other tie involving two second-tier sides as Scott Brown's Ayr United welcome Greenock Morton.
Championship leaders Falkirk are on the road against East Kilbride.
Airdrieonians are away to junior side Dundee North End, Dunfermline Athletic visit nearby Edinburgh City and Linlithgow Rose are Raith Rovers' hosts.
Livingston are up against Highland visitors Brora Rangers and Hamilton Academical travel to face Banks O'Dee.
The ties are scheduled to be played on the weekend of 30 November.
Premiership teams, including holders Celtic, enter at the fourth round.
