Torquay sign Derby forward Ilesanmi on loan

Emmanuel Ilesanmi made six appearances in two seasons at Harrogate Town before leaving last summer

Torquay United have signed Derby County forward Emmanuel Ilesanmi on loan.

The 20-year-old has agreed an initial one-month deal at the National League South promotion chasers.

He has scored four goals in eight Premier League 2 appearances for the Rams so far this season, having moved to the Championship side from League Two Harrogate Town last summer.

"He's an out-and-out centre forward. He's different to what we have already so hopefully it all goes well for him," Torquay United boss Paul Wotton told the club website.
