Bristol Rovers chief executive officer Tom Gorringe is to leave the club at the end of August after three years in the role.
Gorringe first joined the club as commercial director in 2017 before replacing Martyn Starnes as CEO in 2021.
Kuwaiti businessman Hussain AlSaeed acquired a majority stake in the League One club last summer and plans are under way to expand the capacity of the Memorial Stadium.
“It has been a privilege to represent the club over the past seven years. The board has exciting plans for the stadium, the training ground and on the pitch," Gorringe said.
"I hope that the club can continue to progress on all fronts."
