On my wildcard, I’ve opted to double up on an in-form Brentford attack ahead of a home game against Manchester United. Yoane Wissa has the recent form, while Bryan Mbeumo is second only to Salah for FPL points in this campaign.
There’s also representation from Wolves who are on a six game winning streak with form men Matheus Cunha and Rayan Ait-Nouri. Manchester City could be a stiff test, I’ve also included Josko Gvardiol in my defence who has more goals than any other defender in the league this season.
I’ve chosen to invest in the rotation proof David Raya to get a slice of the consistent Arsenal defence for the run-in and plan to rotate him with Nottingham Forest’s Matz Sels. I’ve doubled up on the Forest defence who have 13 clean sheets this season with Nikola Milenkovic.
