Che Adams scored his first goal for Torino to earn victory for his side against Atalanta in Serie A.
Duvan Zapata's shot was saved by goalkeeper Marco Carnesecchi but Scotland striker Adams was alert to slot home the rebound and secure a 2-1 win.
It was Adams' first start for Torino after making his debut from the bench last week in a 2-2 draw against AC Milan, with his goal in the 49th minute proving decisive.
The Scotland forward signed a three-year deal last month after leaving Southampton.
Mateo Retegui had headed into the top corner from Davide Zappacosta's cross to give Atalanta the lead midway through the first half.
Torino levelled within five minutes when Ivan Ilic was sent through on goal by Adams and he beat Carnesecchi with a deft finish.
Atalanta missed the chance to equalise in stoppage time as Mario Pasalic failed with his penalty attempt, after Valentino Lazaro had fouled Federico Cassa.
Meanwhile, Napoli got their first win under manager Antonio Conte against Bologna later on Sunday.
Giovanni di Lorenzo opened the scoring just before the break, latching on to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's clever lofted pass over the top before taking a touch and finding the bottom corner.
Kvaratskhelia’s deflected shot increased Napoli's lead before Giovanni Simeone slotted home from David Neres' ball into the box to seal victory in stoppage time.
Empoli were also victorious against Roma as Emmanuel Gyasi finished from close range, pouncing on a flick-on from Lorenzo Colombo, who also converted a penalty.
Eldor Shomurodov headed home at the far post to pull one back for Roma, but they were unable to find an equaliser.
