    Glasgow City 0-0 Hibernian

    Glasgow City's lead at the top of the SWPL was cut as they were held to a goalless draw at home to Hibs.

    There were chances for both sides throughout the 90 minutes but neither could find a breakthrough.

    Goalkeepers Lee Gibson and Noa Schumacher both had to make important saves to keep their clean sheets intact.

    The result drops Hibs down to fourth, behind Rangers who beat Motherwell while Hearts cut City's lead at the top to four points.

    Motherwell 0-3 Rangers

    Rangers leapfrogged Hibs in the SWPL table with a 3-0 victory at Motherwell in Paul Brownlie's last game as manager.

    Striker Katie Wilkinson opened the scoring after nine minutes at K-Park.

    The hosts managed to hold off Leanne Crichton's side until the 67th minute when Quinty Sabajo's first time strike doubled their advantage and Laura Berry added a third three minutes later.

    The result moves Rangers above Hibs and within seven points of league leaders Glasgow City after they played out a goalless draw on Sunday while Motherwell drop behind Montrose after they beat Aberdeen.

  4. Hearts close in on City with big win over Acciespublished at 18:22 GMT 23 November

    Hearts 8-1 Hamilton Accies

    Hearts keep pressure on SWPL leaders Glasgow City with an 8-1 victory over struggling Hamilton Accies.

    Goals from Kayla Jardine and a three-minute double from Georgia Timms, including one from the penalty spot, had Hearts comfortably ahead after half an hour at the Oriam.

    Josi Giard pulled one back for Accies before the break and the visitors managed to hold Hearts off until Jenna Slattery opened the floodgates on 69 minutes.

    Keri Halliday and Bayley Hutchison added to the goals for Eva Olid's side before Timms completed her hat-trick with 10 to play.

    Hutchison grabbed her second, and Hearts' eighth just before the whistle in Edinburgh.

    The result leaves Hearts four points behind Glasgow City following their goalless draw against Hibs while Accies remain rock bottom without a single point.

  5. Celtic keep pressure at top with win over Thistlepublished at 16:05 GMT 23 November

    Celtic 2-0 Partick Thistle

    Celtic beat Partick Thistle 2-0 to keep pressure on the top four SWPL sides.

    Amy Gallacher bagged the first for the hosts after 26 minutes when she latched onto Lisa Robertson's cross to finish beyond Jeni Currie in the Thistle goal.

    Maria McAneny scored Celtic's second just four minutes later, tucking in her second attempt after he initial shot was saved.

    The result leaves Thistle one point above Aberdeen who currently occupy the relegation play-off spot while Celtic keep pace with the four teams around them.

  6. Montrose move further from danger with win at Aberdeenpublished at 15:19 GMT 23 November

    Aberdeen 1-2 Montrose

    Montrose moved six points clear of Aberdeen in the SWPL with a 2-1 victory over the Dons at Balmoral Stadium.

    Mya Christie opened the scoring for the hosts after 28 minutes before Kaela McDonald-Nguah levelled for the visitors just two minutes later.

    Louise Brown scored what would turn out to be the winning goal 10 minutes before half-time.

    The result leaves Aberdeen seven points above Hamilton Accies at the bottom of the SWPL table.
