Glentoran took the lead on two minutes as Dylan Connolly punished a poor clearance by Loughgall keeper Nathan Gartside but the home side were quickly on terms as Lewis Francis levelled from close range.
Nathaniel Ferris put Loughgall ahead on 22 minutes but after a Jordan Jenkins second-half effort was ruled out for offside, Charlie Lindsay did level for the Glens on 64 minutes.
