It's probably a fair enough result.

Yes, Northern Ireland can take positives from the game and the campaign but I still think there are big steps to be made if we want to qualify for another major tournament.

Northern Ireland can definitely take positives from the game, especially when compared to the first leg.

However, Norway just had too much over both legs.

The hosts have the t-shirts out celebrating their qualification for the finals next summer.

The last European Championships without Norway present was in 1984.

That isn't going to change next summer. They're off to Switzerland.

Northern Ireland's dreams of making back-to-back Euros are officially over.

It was always going to be a big ask and Norway showed their class over the two legs.

I think if we compare the game on Friday night to the game tonight then the performance from Northern Ireland has been exceptional tonight. There will be many positives from this game.

We're going to have two minutes of additional time.

Northern Ireland looked to break forward but that final pass is lacking.

We're into the final five minutes and this one is starting to fizzle out.

It's clinical from Norway as they go from one end of the pitch to the other in the blink of an eye.

I still think Norway are just below [contenders for the Euros title] but I do think we are starting to see the Norway of old in terms of being competitive. However, I still think they are ranked between fourth and sixth within Europe.

Norway are still dominating possession with seven minutes to play.

Olaug Tvedten is on for Arsenal's Frida Maanum, who grabbed the second goal this evening.

From a defender's point of view, Northern Ireland have done really well tonight and it's just those fine margins and little individual errors.

At this level you get punished and the likes of Norway are clinical.

Maanum has a go from the corner but it falls to Jensen, who has an effort blocked by Rebecca McKenna.

Lund lets fly from the edge of the area but it's just over.
