They were beaten 4-1 by Brighton in the last 16 but the visit of Manchester United is their biggest game in recent.
Club captain Anna Morphet has encouraged her players to "enjoy the occasion".
“It's going to be a lot that we get to learn, in terms of playing against such top opposition and in front of a big crowd as well," said Morphet.
"We've played in front of big crowds before, but nothing quite of the size it's going to be on the weekend. And I hope we really enjoy it.
"It's probably going to be one of the biggest games of our career. So, you know, you've got to savour these moments.
"You can't be too nervous about them and hide away from them. I think you've got to absorb as much as you can and enjoy the occasion.”

'Toone is back with a bang' as Man Utd cruise past West Brom
I've already mentioned that Wolves have needed to win four games to set up this mammoth game.
Their FA Cup journey started in round one and a 7-1 win away at Asfordby Amateurs in November.
They beat Sporting Khalsa 8-1 at home in the second round before an emphatic 14-0 win over Shrewsbury in the third round.
They won 2-0 away at Cheltenham Town in January to reach the fifth round.
Man Utd, alongside the rest of the WSL sides, only joined the competition in the fourth round. They led 1-0 against West Brom for large periods but a rampant final 15 minutes saw them run out 7-0 winners.

Marc Skinner's side have won seven of their past eight games in all competitions and have been impressively definitely all season so they travel to the Black Country as strong favourites.
“I think we say it's ours because we're the holders, but actually, there's going to be a lot of other teams that want to take that from us for themselves,” said Skinner.
“So I think that gives you that added incentive, that added energy, but we also want to represent our fans and the club. We’ve got a tough challenge, I know.
“You know Wolves might be two tiers down, but they'll try and make it a cauldron-based affair, I'm sure. And they'll try and get the energy of their fans going.
“We have to be at our very best, I have no doubt about that. That's the challenge I have for our players and for our staff going into this game.”

However, the visitor of Manchester United is their toughest test so far and manager Daniel McNamara has been speaking about how he's preparing himself for a game against top-level opposition.
“It's about me maintaining a level myself, to be honest," said McNamara.
"I've quickly learned within football, you’ve got to try and take the highs as the highs and the lows, I've got to try and have some kind of medium, if you like. So don't go too high, don't go too low.
"We don't want it to be an occasion where everything gets on top of them. We want it to be a football game. I think it's important, as I said, that my behaviours are displaying those traits.
"There's no point in me bouncing off the ceiling all week in training and then asking them to remain calm within the tough moments.”
Asked how he'd describe Wolves' FA Cup journey so far, he added: “Amazing, intense, proud. But if you ask me that question again, I'd say not over yet.”
FT: Aston Villa 3-2 Brighton
Image source, Getty ImagesEarlier on Saturday Aston Villa came from behind to beat Brighton and earn a spot in the Women's FA Cup quarter-finals.
Second-half goals from Rachel Daly and Chasity Grant ensured Villa reached the last eight of the competition for just the second time in the last six seasons.
Brighton had taken the lead against the run of play when Nikita Parris latched onto a poor clearance from Lucy Parker before dinking the ball past goalkeeper Sabrina D'Angelo.
Villa found an instant response and levelled in first-half stoppage time as defender Anna Patten met Daly's corner at the back post, converting from close range.
Captain Daly nodded home a cross from close range to complete the turnaround before turning provider for Grant to add the third.
The winger ran onto a cutting through ball before drilling her shot into the far corner to hand manager Natalia Arroyo her first win in only her second match in charge of Villa.
Brighton got back into the game with 20 minutes left when Parris lofted a finish over a helpless Sabrina D'Angelo for her second goal of the afternoon.

Welsh teenager Mared Griffiths scored twice on her Manchester United debut as the Women's FA Cup holders cruised past Wolves and into quarter-finals of the competition.
The 17-year-old took advantage of a mistake by home keeper Bec Thomas to tap into the net just 10 minutes after being introduced as a late second half substitute, and then swivelled to volley through the keeper for a second goal in added time.
United dominated the game, with hosts Wolves indebted to keeper Thomas and some wayward finishing for being just two goals behind at the break.
When the opener arrived through Elisabeth Terland on 26 minutes, the result already looked beyond Wolves.
Leah Galton then produced a smart finish to outwit Thomas at her near post for the second 10 minutes later.
Defender Aoife Mannion ghosted in to score a rare goal, before England attacker Ella Toone curled home the fourth - her sixth goal in five games. Griffiths struck her first two minutes from time before rounding off an impressive success for her side.
"We know people would expect us to win this game but for us it's about attitude," said United boss Marc Skinner.
"We want to get back to the final. We know we have tougher tasks coming ahead but tonight we acquitted ourselves fantastically.
"We have two competitions now. In the league we are going well and in the cup we have gone well as well. We will see who we get in the draw but for us it is a priority to get our fans back to Wembley."
It was a tough afternoon for third-tier Wolves, who had been on a run of 11 wins and a draw leading into the tie.
Their ultimate focus for the season remains promotion from National League North, with a top-of-the-table showdown against Nottingham Forest due in a fortnight's time.
United are the second team through to the last eight after Aston Villa beat Brighton 3-2 in the early kick-off on Saturday afternoon.
Griffiths joined Manchester United's under-21 set up last summer
As first-team debuts go, Griffiths' first United outing could hardly have gone any better.
The Wales international only joined the club last summer, signing for the under-21s team from the Wales Football Association's Academy North set-up.
Having replaced Malard on 81 minutes, the young winger took just seven minutes to open her goalscoring account for the Red Devils.
Seven minutes later Griffiths had bagged herself another, showing quick instincts to volley on the turn with a fierce shot that Wolves stopper Thomas was unable to keep out.
"Manchester United is built on youth players and it is built on the future of youth," said Skinner.
"For us it is the right time to put them in. Tonight felt like the right time and she has snatched one and got lucky on another, but if you don't shoot you don't score."
It has been a season of firsts for Griffiths, who came off the bench to make her senior international debut for Wales in the first leg of their Euro 2025 play-off against the Republic of Ireland back in November.
After passing her senior club debut with flying colours on Saturday, it will surely be only a matter of time before we see her feature for club and country on a regular basis.
