So, here's how that leaves things in Group C.

Victory against Denmark in Frankfurt this evening will see England progress to the last-16 top of the group.

Slovenia know they have a tough challenge to progress now with their last game against the Three Lions. Serbia will look to their last game against Denmark to try and book their place.

Terrible first half but in the second you saw a complete turn around. You saw teams trying to go for it.

Slovenia put themselves in front and managed the game in away that seemed to go so well, but the game of football is so cruel at times and late on Serbia throw everything they had at it and that one moment of quality from a corner and Luka Jovic does what he does best, he's so clinical from six-yards out and that header has given an incredible finale to this game.

Absolute scenes in this stadium, you have the Serbian fans jumping for joy and drinks going everywhere but on the other end you have the Slovenia fans with their head in their hands in disbelief at what they've just seen.

Slovenia can't believe it. The players sit on the pitch with their heads in their hands. They were 30 seconds from their first ever victory at a Euros tournament.

Serbia had barely had a decent chance all game but somehow they found a way.

Literally the last kick of the game! What a finish to the match.

Serbia have got about 30 seconds to get a last-minute equaliser. They win a corner. Up comes the keeper.

Another yellow card. This time for Mijat Gacinovic. Zan Vipotnik is also into the book. It's all gone very stop-start.

There are also a lot of bottles and plastic being thrown onto the pitch. Not ideal.

Birmancevic has looked positive since he's come on to the pitch, he looks like he wants to take the full-back on and get into a one-v-one situation.

Slovenia defending well here to maintain the scoreline.

As things stand, Serbia will not be able to finish in the top two. If Denmark beat England later they are out.

More changes. On comes Lazar Samardzic and Veljko Birmancevic for Serbia. Off go Dusan Tadic and Andrija Zivkovic.

Ouch. Mijat Gacinovic drives down the left-hand side and looks for the through ball into the box but there's absolutely no one making the run. It wasn't on at all. That probably sums Serbia up so far.

Zan Karnicnik wants another! He strikes with his right foot on the edge of the area towards the bottom far corner but it's just wide.
