Kane on target as ruthless Bayern remain top
Bayern Munich returned to the top of the Bundesliga in style with a resounding victory over bottom side Bochum.
Michael Olise opened the scoring with a 20-yard free-kick over the wall after 15 minutes, becoming the second player after Harry Kane to score as many as five goals in his first five Bundesliga away appearances for the club.
Jamal Musiala latched on to Joshua Kimmich's dinked free-kick, ghosting in behind the Bochum defence to head past goalkeeper Patrick Drewes at the near post.
After the break, Kane slotted his ninth league goal of the season into the roof of the net from Musiala's pass.
Vincent Kompany's side bounced back after they were soundly beaten by Barcelona in the Champions League in midweek.
Leroy Sane curled in a brilliant strike from the edge of the area to further increase Bayern's lead.
