One player who definitely won't be involved today is Ezri Konsa, who went off with a hip complaint in Athens on Thursday.
The Aston Villa defender becomes the 10th withdrawal from the England squad in November.
"We won't take any risk on any of the players so - apart from Ezri - we're in good condition," England interim boss Lee Carsley said.

Captain Harry Kane was on the bench for that game but will return to the first XI today.

Here's how it looks in England and the Republic of Ireland's Nations League group going into today's game.
The comfortable win in Greece for the Three Lions not only banished the memory of the loss at home to them last month but ensures they are on the cusp of promotion.
They will go up if they win today OR if they draw and Greece do not win against Finland OR regardless if Greece lose.
The Republic of Ireland, meanwhile, will finish third and are in the relegation play-offs.

Interim England boss Lee Carsley says the Three Lions need "to make sure we get the job done" and beat the Republic of Ireland to earn promotion back to the top tier of the Nations League.
Carsley will take charge of his sixth and final match in his temporary spell as manager before Thomas Tuchel takes over at the start of 2025.
England beat Greece 3-0 in Athens on Thursday and will win Group B2 if they defeat Ireland at Wembley, with Carsley then set to return to his position in charge of the under-21s.
"In terms of the future, my priority is making sure we get the job done," said Carsley. "We are fully respectful of Ireland and the strengths they have, so we have to make sure we approach the game properly."

His spell in charge began with a 2-0 defeat of today's opponents in Dublin two months ago and he will be hoping for a similar result that ensures his stint ends on a high.
A win for England at Wembley today will ensure automatic promotion back to the top tier of the Nations League and will mean a more pressure-free start for Thomas Tuchel when he takes on the Three Lions role in January.
Anthony Gordon's first England goal helped them to an emphatic victory
England returned to the top tier of the Nations League in emphatic fashion as the Republic of Ireland were thrashed at Wembley in Lee Carsley’s final game as interim manager.
Carsley hands over to Thomas Tuchel, who starts on 1 January, after winning five of his six games, with England turning on the power here following a drab first half to run riot after the break.
Harry Kane broke the deadlock from the spot eight minutes after half-time, the captain's superb pass releasing Jude Bellingham, who was fouled by Liam Scales, earning the defender a second yellow card and a dismissal.
England capitalised on the numerical advantage ruthlessly, Anthony Gordon scoring his first England goal two minutes later, pouncing at the far post after the Republic defence failed to clear debutant Tino Livramento's cross.
As England overpowered the depleted and dispirited visitors, Conor Gallagher and substitute Jarrod Bowen also got on the mark for the first time at senior level.
Gallagher stole in on Marc Guehi's flick from Noni Madueke's corner after 58 minutes while Bowen beat Republic keeper Caoimhin Kelleher with his first touch 15 minutes from time.
The firsts continued as Taylor Harwood-Bellis, the future son-in-law of former Republic of Ireland captain Roy Keane, came on as a second-half substitute for Kyle Walker and marked his debut by flashing a header past Kelleher.
I never felt like I was drowning or struggling as England interim boss - Carsley
Carsley ended his six-game tenure as England's interim manager in the same way he started it, with a comfortable victory over the nation he represented with distinction as a player.
He has had his share of unflattering scrutiny during his spell in charge, particularly regarding his bizarre team selection for the Wembley defeat by Greece in October, then his mixed messaging around whether he wanted the England post or not. But the final two victories - in Athens on Thursday, then this demolition of the Republic at Wembley - means he can reflect on a job well done.
He continued to back his own decisions and was rewarded here, with four players scoring their first England goals, including two from his substitutes Bowen and Harwood-Bellis, who enjoyed a dream moment when he headed England's fifth.
It made up for a non-event of a first 45 minutes, in which there were no shots on target and both teams were as mediocre as each other.
Kane’s magnificent pass from deep to Bellingham that led to the penalty was the game changer, resulting in a penalty which the captain scored, the Republic also being reduced to 10 men with Scales’ red card.
Carsley will now return to his post as coach of England Under-21s, no doubt with the grateful thanks of the Football Association following the somewhat chaotic background noise in the lead-up to Tuchel's appointment and, more significantly, with the results than mean the new coach is now spared Nations League play-offs in March.

England have won their last two matches against the Republic of Ireland, beating them 3-0 in November 2020 and 2-0 in September this year. They have never won three in a row against Eire before.
Republic of Ireland won their first away match against England back in September 1949 at Goodison Park; since then, all seven of their games in England have been at Wembley and they’ve won none of them (D3 L4).
England are unbeaten in their last 41 matches in all competitions when they’ve netted the opening goal (W38 D3) since losing 2-1 to Czechia in October 2019 in a UEFA European Championship qualifier.
England have lost three of their last five games at Wembley (W1 D1), as many as they had in their previous 50 combined (W39 D8 L3). It’s only the third time the Three Lions have lost three games at the national stadium in a single year, along with 1977 and 1981, but have never lost four in one year.
Republic of Ireland have won two of their last three UEFA Nations League matches (L1), as many as they’d won in their first 18 games in the competition combined (W2 D6 L10).
Curtis Jones scored on his England debut against Greece in the last UEFA Nations League match – the last player to score in his first two England caps was Rickie Lambert in 2013, while the last Liverpool player to do so was Roger Hunt in 1962/63.
20-year-old Evan Ferguson has scored four goals in 17 caps for the Republic of Ireland – the only Ireland players with more goals before turning 21 are Robbie Keane (7) and David Connolly (6).
Jude Bellingham’s 39 caps have all been while playing for non-British clubs (24 for Borussia Dortmund, 15 for Real Madrid). He is now level with Owen Hargreaves for England caps won while playing for non-British teams, with only David Beckham winning more (55).
