    HT: Linfield 0-0 Cliftonville

    David Jeffrey
Former Larne, Linfield & Ballymena manager on BBC Sport NI

Linfield have dominated possession, they were patient, they've knocked the ball about well, looked in control, but have yet to break down the Cliftonville defence.

The penalty shouldn't have been given, it was an excellent tackle. I can understand why the referee gave it from the position he was in but justice was done.
