With the tie delicately poised at 0-0 from the first leg in Lithuania, both sides make changes for tonight's win-or-bust encounter at Windsor Park.

David Healy introduces Ben Hall in the heart of defence, replacing the injured Euan East, who limped off during the first half in Vilnius.

FK Žalgiris welcome back the imposing Vasilije Radenovic from suspension - a boost for the visitors after the defender's enforced absence following his red card against Hamrun Spartans.

Giedrius Matulevicius also comes into Vladimir Cheburin's starting XI as Dino Salcinovic and Ebenezer Ofori make way.

Linfield: Johns, Orr, Roscoe, Hall, McGee, Shields, Mulgrew (C), Archer, Millar, Fitzpatrick, Offord.

Dorde Saletic makes headway down the left wing but his delivery is cut out by Aaron Donnelly for a corner.

The set piece is worked backed to the Montenegrin but he blazes over from the edge of the box. It is a similar outcome from Hamdi Namani shortly after as Rohan Ferguson can watch it fly over the bar.

    Linfield v Zalgiris (Agg 0-0 - 19:45 BST)

Linfield are back in European action on tonight when they host Zalgiris in the second leg of Uefa Conference League qualifying.

The reverse fixture in Lithuania finished goalless and the winners of the tie will face Vikingur from the Faroe Islands in the third round.

"I've been here long enough to understand the importance financially to this football club," Healy said on the tie.

"I think we worked them out pretty well. They changed their shape and we got a good look at them.

"I'm excited by the challenge on Thursday and for the players to go and play well and perform.

"Hopefully we can try and progress."

Linfield manager David Healy says the board are "at their wits' end" after the club were fined 12,000 euro for spectator misconduct in Champions League qualifying against Shelbourne.

On Thursday, Linfield were fined 10,000 euro (£8,727) for "racist and/or discriminatory behaviour of its supporters" and 2,000 euro (£1,745) by Uefa for the lighting of fireworks in Windsor Park during the second leg on 16 July.

The Irish Premiership champions were also handed a partial stadium ban in Europe, suspended for two years.

Healy said a "very small minority" had "let the club down", and emphasised the vast majority of supporters make up "a brilliant fan base".

"I know the chairman and the board are at their wits' end at times with how we can control someone who is going to come into a football ground and say, sing or throw whatever, when it's basically been put to them that it's costing the football club," Healy told BBC Sport NI.

"It's costing the players and it's costing us the opportunity of potentially building up a few pound in the pot.

"I would urge supporters to get behind us in the correct way and the Linfield way, like they have done for 140 years."

The pressure grows as Prishtina claim for a penalty!

Kryeziu is proving to be a threat and he plays in Ardian Muja. He tries to go around Rohan Ferguson but Sean Graham covers and clears. No penalty despite howls from the home fans and players.

At the other end, the ball is worked to Conor McKendry who strikes ambitiously from outside the box to no avail.

Larne are saved by a block - by a Prishtina player! From goal scorer Taipi's free delivery from the right, Hamdi Namani tries to win a diving header but the ball falls to Leutrim Kryeziu who strikes first time from twelve yards.

However, his goal-bound effort rebounds off Namani who is still on the ground. A let off for Larne who are under pressure.

A spectacular second-half strike from Sean McAllister earned Dungannon Swifts an impressive 1-0 away victory over Liechtenstein's FC Vaduz in the first leg of their Uefa Conference League second qualifying round tie.

McAllister found the net with a magnificent long-range effort in the 54th minute to put the Irish Cup winners in the driving seat before next Thursday's second leg, which will be played at Solitude in Belfast.

It was a first-ever European victory on the road for the Irish Premiership side, 18 years on from their last appearance in continental competition.

The 22-year-old match-winner was one of Swifts manager Rodney McAree's summer acquisitions, the midfielder returning to Stangmore Park after being released by Everton, having spent five years with the Premier League club.

    Xhelbrim Taipi (10 mins)

A lapse in concentration from Rohan Ferguson costs his side. From a goal kick, Ryan Nolan rolls the ball to him with his studs signalling the ball is in play but Ferguson picks it up.

As such, it is ruled a back pass and the hosts get a lesser-spotted indirect free kick from six yards. Despite a red wall across the line, the ball is tapped to Xhelbrim Taipi and he smashes the ball high into the top corner.

Nathan Rooney, meanwhile, sticks with the same side as last week naming an unchanged starting XI for what is the Inver Reds' third trip in as many years to the Fadil Vokrri Stadium. They won't have needed directions to the changing rooms anyway!

Carla Devine scored a hat-trick as Cliftonville fought back from a goal down to secure a historic 3-1 win over KFF Mitrovica in the Champions League.

Kosovan side Mitrovica took the lead when Aurora Mulliqi netted in first-half injury time.

Devine took the game to extra-time when she equalised in the 84th minute, and the forward netted twice in extra-time to book the Reds' spot in the Group Six final.

The Solitude outfit had key winger Kirsty McGuinness sent off in the closing stages for a second yellow card but Cliftonville held on for a famous win.

It is a first Women's Champions League win for Cliftonville, who booked their place in the competition by clinching the league with a 100% win rate in 2024.

The victory also caps a remarkable month after the Reds won the League Cup by beating Glentoran 4-2 in the final.

The Reds also defeated the same opponents to blow open the Women's Premiership title race.

The north Belfast side will now take on Georgian opponents Lanchkhuti in the Group Six final on Saturday in Prishtina.

    Prishtina v Larne (Agg 0-0 - 19:00 BST)

    Tomas CosgroveImage source, Inpho

Larne defender Tomas Cosgrove says the Irish Premiership side "need to keep the ball better" in Thursday's Uefa Conference League second qualifying round second leg against Prishtina in Kosovo.

The east Antrim side were held to a goalless draw in the first leg of their tie at Ballymena Showgrounds last week.

"It was a weird game. We did well for 65 minutes and were disappointed we didn't score a few goals," said Cosgrove.

"We ended up with 0-0 and we were happy about it because we really hung on towards the end.

"It's a massive game on Thursday night. We know what we did right in the game and we know what we did wrong so we'll try to address that."

Cosgrove believes Nathan Rooney's side must dictate the pace of the game more in the second leg.

"They are a good team. They are at the same stage of the season as us but they kept the ball really well.

"We need to keep the ball a bit more, have a bit more belief.

"I think we were trying to force it and go for goal every time rather than recycling the ball and slowing the game down to our tempo."
