    Hearts manager Eva Olid tells BBC Alba: "We have trained as normal this week but of course with the emotion that we are happy it's a semi-final.

    "If we get to the final we achieved the objectives we had at the start of the season. We have more points than last season, double the goals and that's a positive progression.

    "Spartans fight for each other, with Jack [Beesley] they play better football. I think it will be a very competitive game."

    "The message is if they feel like they've given it their best shot they will enjoy it. We want to come away from here feeling like we've given a good account of ourselves.

    "We are under no illusions that it'll be a very tough game but we have the belief it's a team we can get close to.

    "If we're fortunate enough to go one step further, it will be tough to beat."
