The fight for second will go down to the last day after Glentoran were beaten by Dungannon Swifts.

Jay Boyd netted a hat-trick to help Crusaders past Coleraine, whilst Portadown kept the fight for seventh place alive with a comfortable win against Cliftonville.

Glenavon beat Ballymena United 2-0 whilst Benji Magee scored a late equaliser to rescue a point for relegated Loughgall against Carrick Rangers.

Dungannon Swifts 3-2 Glentoran

Dungannon Swifts end their run of five league games without a victory and move up to fourth as they are the victors of an exciting game at Stangmore Park.

The result also means that Larne are two points ahead of the Glens ahead of next weeks clash between the sides at Inver Park.
