Gideon Kodua is on loan at Luton from West Ham United
Substitute Gideon Kodua scored a stoppage-time penalty as Luton came from two goals down to earn a draw against Blackpool in their League One game at Bloomfield Road.
The Hatters trailed to a goal in each half from CJ Hamilton as Steve Bruce's side looked to record a first home league win over their visitors since 2002.
Hamilton opened the scoring after nine minutes and doubled the hosts' advantage in the 53rd minute, finishing off a quick counter-attack after Luton lost possession in the opposition half.
At that stage the Tangerines were out of the relegation places. But a triple substitution three minutes later by under-pressure Hatters manager Matt Bloomfield changed the direction of the contest.
Jordan Clark, one of the replacements, pulled a goal back 12 minutes from time and, when Kodua was fouled by Olly Casey, the West Ham loanee beat Northern Ireland international Bailey Peacock-Farrell from the spot.
Luton's unlikely point lifted them up to seventh, while the Seasiders remain in the drop zone on goal difference.
