Portugal midfielder Neves netted in the seventh and 14th minutes
Joao Neves scored from two overhead kicks within seven minutes as a dominant Paris St-Germain beat Toulouse in a Ligue 1 thriller that also featured four penalties.
PSG were two goals ahead after just nine minutes when 20-year-old Portugal international Neves sent a stunning overhead kick into the top corner and Bradley Barcola tucked an effort past Guillaume Restes.
Moments later Neves produced another acrobatic effort to add his side's third, controlling an Achraf Hakimi cross before powering past Restes.
Toulouse's woes worsened when Ousmane Dembele slotted home from the penalty spot after Desire Doue was fouled inside the box.
But the hosts tried to find a way back into the game, with Charlie Cresswell - who won the European Under-21 Championship with England - turning in a rebound from close range.
Cristian Casseres saw two penalties saved, after PSG keeper Lucas Chevalier was penalised for being off his line for the first.
The spot-kicks didn't stop there. After the restart Dembele was awarded another penalty when Barcola was fouled in the Toulouse box, and he scored.
Neves completed a hat-trick with another expert finish in the 78th minute, this time unleashing a rocket into the top corner from the edge of the box.
Two late goals in two minutes for Toulouse - a tap-in from Yann Gboho and an outside-the-box effort from Alexis Vossah - added further drama but were little more than consolation.
PSG continue to top the Ligue 1 standings, having won each of their three games so far.
There was excitement earlier on Saturday in France's top flight as Lille scored five after the 77th minute in their 7-1 rout of Lorient.
