Leeds United have faced Plymouth Argyle just once before in the FA Cup, beating them 2-1 at Elland Road in the fourth round in 1972-73, a season they went on to reach the final before losing to Sunderland.
Plymouth have only won one of their 21 away games against Leeds in all competitions (D6 L14), a 3-2 win in the league in February 1962. The Pilgrims have already suffered a 2-1 defeat at Elland Road in the Championship this season.
Leeds United have been drawn at home in the FA Cup for the first time since a third round tie with Rotherham in 2015-16, ending a record run of 13 consecutive away draws. They did win a third round replay at Elland Road last season against Cardiff and are unbeaten in four at home in the competition since losing 3-1 to Arsenal in January 2011.
Plymouth Argyle are looking to reach the FA Cup fifth round for the first time since the 2006-07 campaign, when they knocked out League Two side Barnet in the fourth round. Their last three FA Cup fourth round ties have all been away from home and all been lost 2-1.
Patrick Bamford has been involved in six goals in his last four FA Cup appearances for Leeds United (3 goals, 3 assists), scoring or assisting a goal every 39 minutes across those matches.
