Owen Bailey hit the winner in the sixth minute of stoppage time as Doncaster maintained their perfect start to the new season with a 2-1 win at Mansfield.
Rovers beat Exeter last week and are now one of six teams to make it two wins from two in the fledgling League One season.
The Stags took the lead after 57 minutes when Stephen McLaughlin picked up the ball on the left and advanced into space before driving a long-range effort past Thimothee Lo-Tutala into the top left corner of the net.
Doncaster were level with 14 minutes remaining when a corner from the left was deflected into the net with goalkeeper Liam Roberts under pressure from Bailey.
And the comeback was complete deep into stoppage time as Bailey was in the right place at the right time to prod the ball past Roberts to secure all three points.
