Image source, Getty ImagesBrighton manager Dario Vidosic believes Aston Villa having a new manager in Natalia Arroyo makes the tie "tougher" for his side.
Arroyo watched on as Shaun Goater led the side in their 4-2 defeat by Man City a fortnight ago before overseeing a 1-0 loss by Chelsea last weekend.
“It's a tough game made tougher with Aston Villa appointing a new manager," said Vidosic.
"This will be her, I believe, second week with the squad, so they'll probably have worked on something this week and we'll have to adjust within the game to see if there are any changes.
"I expect there will be a few little tweaks to what they were doing with the previous manager to now.
“We know they're a very good team with very good players. They are at home, but we had a really good game the first time we've played each other and I think this will be no different.”

Gabi Nunes scored a hat-trick either side of half-time and Rachel Daly added a couple too.
Brighton were one of a number of sides who had to rearrange their tie because of the freezing temperatures we were experiencing during fourth-round weekend.
They got the job done in the rearranged game though, beating Championship side Durham 4-1 at home.
That is Brighton's only win in their past six games in all competitions.

Aston Villa boss Natalia Arroyo has decided to keep the same starting eleven that narrowly lost to runaway leaders Chelsea in the WSL last weekend.
Midfielder Missy Bo Kearns returns to the squad as an option off the bench.

The Seagulls are fifth in the WSL but realistically are going to struggle to reach Europe and relegation seems off the cards, so could an FA Cup run be on their minds?

Aston Villa reached the semi-finals two seasons ago under then manager Carla Ward
Aston Villa came from behind to beat Brighton and earn a spot in the Women's FA Cup quarter-finals.
Second-half goals from Rachel Daly and Chasity Grant ensured Villa reached the last eight of the competition for just the second time in the last six seasons.
Brighton had taken the lead against the run of play when Nikita Parris latched onto a poor clearance from Lucy Parker before dinking the ball past goalkeeper Sabrina D'Angelo.
Villa found an instant response and levelled in first-half stoppage time as defender Anna Patten met Daly's corner at the back post, converting from close range.
In one of only three all-Women's Super League ties in the fifth round, Villa carried their momentum into the start of the second half and scored twice in five minutes to take the tie away from their top-flight counterparts.
Captain Daly nodded home a cross from close range to complete the turnaround before turning provider for Grant to add the third.
The winger ran onto a cutting through ball before drilling her shot into the far corner to hand manager Natalia Arroyo her first win in only her second match in charge of Villa.
Brighton got back into the game with 20 minutes left when Parris lofted a finish over a helpless Sabrina D'Angelo for her second goal of the afternoon.
Dario Vidosic's side pushed for a late equaliser but were unable to find the target as they exited the FA Cup, failing to reach the quarter-finals for successive seasons.
Villa will find out their quarter-final opponents in Tuesday's draw, which will take place on the Women's FA Cup Youtube channel at (18:30 GMT).
