    Glenavon 0-1 Crusaders

Crusaders take all three points at Mourneview Park after a battling performance.

Glenavon looked the most likely to open the scoring in the first half, but on the 43rd minute, Daniel Larmour ended up claiming the first goal following a Jarlath O'Rourke free-kick.

Niall Quinn also crashed a free-kick off the crossbar for the home side in the first half, but Glenavon felt it should have been a penalty, with the foul happening right in the line.

A tense second half followed but Crusaders were able to hold on to their lead.

  10. FULL TIMEpublished at 17:02 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    Linfield 0-2 Coleraine

All over at Windsor Park where Coleraine record a first victory at Linfield in six years thanks to a brace from Connor Murray.

The midfielder broke the deadlock midway through the opening with a crisp finish and added a second in the 67th minute with a wicked right foot shot from the edge of the area.

The Blues had their chances but could find no way through a well organised Coleraine defence.

So, David Healy's men miss out on the chance to extend their gap at the top of the table while it's a rare win on the road for Dean Shiels and his team.

  11. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:59 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    Ballymena United 2-0 Portadown

Ballymena claim their first victory of 2025 thanks to goals from James Hood and Joe Moore.

They even had the luxury of missing a second half Success Edogun penalty.

A first half Lee Chapman effort, which came back off the post, was the closest the visitors came to scoring.

  20. Postpublished at 16:55 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    Glenavon 0-1 Crusaders

Six minutes have been added on in Mourneview Park, but at the beginning of that added on period Crusaders really should have killed off the game, with Josh O’Connor through on goal.

He dallied on the ball though and allowed Tadgh Ryan to claim snatch it.

But at the other end, Lewis Barr nearly turned the ball into his own goal, but he ended up heading it just wide and behind for a Glenavon corner.
