Holders Spain will take on Germany in the final as they bid to defend their Women's Nations League title following a 5-0 aggregate triumph over Sweden.
2023 World Cup winners Spain won the inaugural edition last year and entered Tuesday's semi-final looking certain to book a spot in the final once more, having won the first leg 4-0.
Alexia Putellas scored the game's only goal to secure victory in Gothenburg, expertly rifling into the top corner after Claudia Pina cut the ball back on the edge of the box.
Germany's first-leg win made the difference as they earned their place in the final with a 3-2 success over France on aggregate.
Their 1-0 lead from the first leg was nullified when France's Melvine Malard equalised after just three minutes, but Nicole Anyomi shot into the top corner from the edge of the box in the 12th minute to put Germany back in front.
Klara Buhl then fired an effort in off the underside of the crossbar from a tight angle to double Germany's advantage.
Clara Mateo scored late on to make it 2-2 on the night, but France - who will now take on Sweden for a bronze medal - were unable to avoid defeat over two legs.
The two-legged final and third-place play-off take place from 26 November to 2 December.
