Celtic's Murphy Agnew tells BBC Alba: "We always know how our opponents do and we always want to match them, keep up with the pace, I think we proved that today.

"Petershill is a really tough place to come to, Partick Thistle are a really difficult team to play against and we wanted to put them away early.

"We need to win every game, if we do that we'll win the league."

Celtic keep the pressure on Rangers at the top of the table while Thistle stay four points behind Hibs at the other end of the top six.

It'll be a sore one for Thistle, who managed to take points off Rangers not so long ago. On the other hand, another massive boost for Celtic in their quest for their first SWPL title.

Megan Cunningham called into action to catch Amy Gallacher's effort from range.
