Spurs pair 'meant no disrespect' with Frank snub
Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank says Micky van de Ven and Djed Spence "meant no disrespect" and have apologised to him after the pair snubbed the manager when leaving the pitch following defeat by Chelsea.
