Jules Bianchi: Ross Brawn included on FIA accident panel

Former F1 team principals Ross Brawn and Stefano Domenicali are among the members of an FIA accident panel set up to investigate Jules Bianchi's crash at the Japanese Grand Prix this month.
Ex-Mercedes boss Brawn and former Ferrari chief Domenicali are joined by two-time world champion Emerson Fittipaldi on the 10-strong panel.
"The group will carry out a review to gain a better grasp of what happened," said a governing body statement.
It will make its report on 3 December.
The FIA statement continued: "[The panel] will also propose new measures to reinforce safety at circuits.
"The work of the group will start this week, and a full presentation of its findings is to be made at the next meeting of the World Motor Sport Council on 3 December 2014, in Doha, Qatar."
Peter Wright, president of the body's safety commission, will lead the group.
FIA race director Charlie Whiting claims "a perfect storm" of circumstances conspired against Marussia driver Bianchi and that "nothing more could have been done better" either by his team or the stewards trackside.
The French driver remains in hospital with serious head injuries.
The FIA has already proposed an electronically controlled speed limit during periods when double-waved yellow flags are employed, as was the case when Bianchi's accident occurred.
There is also the possibility of 'skirts' being introduced around the base of recovery vehicles from next season, given their ground clearance in relation to the height of the cockpit of an F1 car.
