Tyrone SFC final: Mark Bradley stars in Killyclogher's triumph
- Published
Tyrone forward Mark Bradley kicked eight points as Killyclogher beat Coalisland 0-20 to 0-6 in the county's SFC final replay at Healy Park.
Bradley's early heroics meant the game was effectively over at half time with his team 0-9 to 0-2 ahead.
Coalisland were down to 14 men early in the second half when Padraig Hampsey picked up a second yellow card.
Killyclogher coasted to a first title since 2003 and will play Antrim side Cargin in next week's Ulster club SFC.
There was nothing between the teams when they drew in the final two weeks ago, but Bradley was the difference this time skipping past his marker three times in the opening eight minutes to fire over stylish points.
When Tiernan McCann surged forward to add another, they led by 0-4 to no score, with less than ten minutes played.
Simon O'Neill launched a long range effort, and they were seven ahead by the time Cormac O'Hagan opened Coalisland's account from a '45.
Dermot Thornton pulled back a point, but Killyclogher held a commanding 0-9 to 0-2 lead at the interval.
Hampsey's dismissal robbed the Fianna of their talismanic leader, and they fell 12 points behind as Aidy Kelly, Simon O'Neill, Tiernan and Conall McCann, and Bradley all found the target.
Coalisland did rertrieve scores through Stephen McNally and Michael McKernan, but this was to be Killyclogher's night as they lifted the O'Neill Cup for the second time in their history.
