Paul Casey came from four shots back to win the KLM Open by one stroke from fellow Englishman Simon Dyson.
Romain Wattel began the day with a three-shot lead, but the birdies dried up for the Frenchman, who hit a four-over-par 74 to finish tied for fifth.
Casey had equalled the Zandvoort course record with a 62 on Saturday to leave him four shots adrift of Wattel.
And four birdies in the first seven holes set him on the way to a 66 as he finished on 14 under par.
Casey also birdied the 14th but his only bogey of the day on the 15th gave Dyson hope.
Dyson finished with a 65 to bring Casey's lead down to a single shot but the former world number three held his nerve to close with three pars and complete his first victory since the Irish Open in 2013.
"I'm absolutely over the moon. First tournament as a dad, first win as a dad," Casey told Sky Sports.
"The fact I threw in a few birdies early on was key. It took the pressure off and then it got tight at the end.
"It's a very difficult stretch coming in and I am very, very happy the way I balanced having fun on the golf course but being focused and got the job done."
England's Andy Sullivan finished third, one shot behind Dyson, after a hole in one at the 15th - which earned him a trip into space, should he accept it.
Sweden's Johan Carlsson, who began the day three under, made a late charge with a 63, the best round of the day, to finish tied for fifth on 10 under.
