Elite League play-off semi-final: Coventry Blaze 6-2 Cardiff Devils

Cardiff Devils won 33 of their 52 Elite League matches in the regular 2015-16 campaign

Chris Bruton's treble helped Coventry Blaze into Sunday's Elite League final as the defending play-off champions eased to victory over Cardiff Devils.

The Canadian forward helped stun the regular season runners-up as Coventry raced into a 4-0 first-period lead.

Brett Robinson, Cale Tanaka and Josh Godfrey also scored for Blaze as they set up a final against Nottingham Panthers or Fife Flyers.

Joey Haddad and Gleason Fournier added late consolations goals for Cardiff.
