Cardiff Devils beat Coventry Blaze to claim their second Elite League win of the weekend.

Josh Lammon and Justin Crandall's goals gave the visitors the win, but netminder Mac Carruth was again highly influential.

He stopped 42 saves for his third shutout of the campaign.

Against Giants, Brandon McNally struck twice while Brodie Reid and Trevor Cox also hit the target to outscore JJ Piccinich's brace for the hosts.

Dundee and Cardiff will face each other in the Challenge Cup quarter-finals after the conclusion of Saturday's final Group Stage game.

Games will be played as an aggregate-scoring, home and away tie, with the first leg at Dundee on 8 December and the return in Cardiff on 15 December. Both games will face off at 19:30 GMT.

Devils have reached the Challenge Cup final in five of the last six seasons, winning the title in 2015 and 2017.
