Devils sign Canadian quartet to complete new roster

Cardiff Devils have signed four more new players to completed their roster for the forthcoming 2024-25 season.
Last season's play-off semi-finalists have signed Canadian quartet Hunter Shinkaruk, Reid Duke, Jarrod Gourley and Andrew MacWilliam.
All four are new to the British Elite League while Shinkaruk, Duke and MacWilliam all spent last season in Germany.
Ex-Vancouver Canucks forward Shinkaruk, 29, played 15 games in the NHL and joins Devils from German team Iserlohn.
Duke, first signed by Las Vegas Golden Knights, also arrives from Germany where the 28-year-old led Starbull Rosenheim for goals, netting 25 times and adding 21 assists in 42 games.
Defender Gourley, 25, spent last season with the Calgary Flames farm team while playing in the ACL and ECHL.
Fellow defender MacWilliam, 34, brings with him a wealth of experience in the top leagues around the world including 12 games in the NHL with Toronto Maple Leafs.
