It’s been an amazing Elite League title race this season with twists and turns along the way and it all comes down to the last two games.
Three teams can still win the Elite League.
The Belfast Giants can clinch the title with two wins over Nottingham - here at the SSE Arena tonight and in Nottingham tomorrow.
OR with one win and a Sheffield loss in regulation to either Cardiff tonight or Coventry tomorrow.
So the race could end tonight…
Sheffield Steelers start the weekend a point adrift of Belfast so will win the league with two wins and a Giants loss OR with one win and two Giants losses.
If the Giants and Steelers end the weekend on the same number of points the Steelers will be champions with more wins in regulation.
Nottingham need to win both games against the Giants and two Sheffield losses if they are to become champions.
