  9. Hockey night in Belfastpublished at 18:46 Greenwich Mean Time 18 December 2024

Belfast Giants v Coventry Blaze (19:00 GMT)

Hello and welcome to our coverage of tonight’s Elite League clash between the Belfast Giants and Coventry Blaze.

Just one point separates Adam Keefe’s outfit, who are second, and the away side in third so it’s set to be a blazing night of hockey at the SSE Arena (sorry, I had to).

The Giants are unbeaten in five matches with the Blaze winning their last two games 7-1.

A win for the home side would mean they close the gap to top of the table Cardiff Devils to just four points with the league leaders having played three more games than the Giants.

As well as our live text, we will also have in-play clips from tonight’s game throughout. Enjoy!
