    There's a personal best for British teenager Morgan Lake in the pentathlon's 60m hurdles. The 17-year-old clocked 8.81 seconds - which amounts to 950 points - after a nervy false start.

    "The key to heptathlon and pentathlon is not panicking," says BBC Sport pundit Denise Lewis. " Morgan will probably not be happy with the position she finished, but she's a really tall person, over 6 ft, she clips a hurdle but keeps working and gets a PB out of it."

    Sexism is leading the agenda this morning after the Football Association called on fans to report sexist abuse at games after being shown disturbing scenes of women officials and staff being subjected to obscene chants.

    Footage obtained by the BBC shows Chelsea's female medic Dr Eva Carneiro and a female assistant referee Helen Byrne suffering taunts during recent matches.

    FA board member Heather Rabbatts described the abuse as "horrible".
