Mark Cavendish believes his build-up to the Tour de France has been ideal.
The 30-year-old from the Isle of Man has won 25 Tour stages in his previous eight appearances at the race, but last year suffered a serious shoulder injury during the opening stage in Yorkshire.
But as we near this year's edition, a refreshed and buoyant Cavendish said: "I normally base my season around being good in July so I've done everything right until now,
"I had a good ride on Sunday at the national championships. That was my last 'hit-out' and I felt good."
Spanish football club Rayo Vallecano says it will make a donation to a charitable cause - such as fighting cancer and sexual discrimination - for each of its away jerseys sold this season.

Chesterfield defender Ian Evatt has signed a new one-year deal.
