League One strugglers Colchester United have appointed Kevin Keen as their new manager.
The 48-year-old, who was previously caretaker boss at West Ham, sat alongside chairman Robbie Cowling during Saturday's 3-1 loss to Rochdale.
The U's have been without a permanent manager since Tony Humes' departure on 26 November.
Colchester, bottom of the table, have lost their last seven league games and have won just five times in 2015-16.
BBC Sports Personality of the Year
Did you watch the Sports Personality of the Year award ceremony last night?
Andy Murray nabbed the top prize, but one of the biggest cheers of the night was saved for Northern Ireland football manager Michael O'Neill, who was given a standing ovation as he was presented with the Coach of the Year award.
He guided his country to Euro 2016, their first major finals for 30 years.
But the real hero?..
Very possibly the winner of the Helen Rollason Award, nine-year-old Bailey Matthews, who has cerebral palsy but recently completed his first triathlon unaided.
He captured the hearts of the crowd as he asked for them to stop cheering and gave a speech which went down a storm...

Victoria Thornley says she will not let up in her bid for a 2016 Olympics spot in Rio after topping the rankings at Team GB's latest trial event.
The Welsh rower's time of 14 minutes 28.4 seconds over two 1900m singles races ensured a repeat of her trials win in November.
Five-time Olympic champion Sir Steve Redgrave said in November he was sure Thornley, 28, would go to Rio.
"I want to win an Olympic medal, preferably gold," she said.

Liverpool goalkeeper Adam Bogdan has admitted blame for his clanger that led to Watford's opening goal in their 3-0 victory over the Reds.
Bogdan, who was standing in for regular number one Simon Mignolet, said: "I dropped the ball, of course. There's a mistake there.
"After that I felt my hand was on the ball and I was going to bring it out. Obviously (a Watford player) knocked it out of my hand -- but we are talking about split-seconds.
"Through the bodies of course it's hard for the referee to see. I'm not blaming anybody but myself to drop the first ball. Watford were really good but we - and myself - gave them a head start."

It's not oftenGareth Balehas overshadowed Cristiano Ronaldo since joining the Portuguese superstar atReal Madrid.
But he did just that on Sunday, scoring four goals as Real Madrid beat nine-man Rayo Vallecano10-2in a remarkable game.
Real trailed 2-1 before Tito's red card - then Bale embarked on his goal frenzy, though Ronaldo - inevitably - chipped in with a couple himself.
It was the first time Real had hit double figures in a La Liga match since 1960, when they beat Elche 11-2.
