It was a truly miserable day all round for Cardiff.
A crowd of just 4,782 - marginally bigger than the stadium's record lowest football attendance of 4,194 - saw the Bluebirds suffer an embarrassing third-round exit at the hands of League One side Shrewsbury.
Shrewsbury, 35 places below their opponents in the Football League, had only won one of their previous eight FA Cup ties against sides from a higher division since beating Everton - and a young Wayne Rooney - in the third round in 2003.

The League Two club heroically dumped Premier League Swansea out of the competition with a fine 3-2 victory.
More than 11,600 supporters packed into the 12,500-capacity Kassam Stadium to see Kemar Roofe's double help secure a famous win.
The U's are third in League Two and a number of their young players impressed against a Swansea team that surrendered possession too often and looked shaky at the back in the absence of skipper Ashley Williams.
