    Morris joins Surreypublished at 10:56

    Cricket

Surrey have signed South African all-rounder Chris Morris for the T20 Blast competition this summer.

Morris tormented England with the bat in South Africa's recent ODI and T20 series victories and fetched over a million US dollars in this year's Indian Premier League auction.

He will join the club in June after West Indian all-rounder Dwayne Bravo leaves to play in the Caribbean Premier League.

Surrey are delighted. Morris is delighted. Delight all round.

    Totti to Leicester?published at 10:46

Heard the one about Francesco Totti joining Leicester City? No, really.

The Roma legend is apparently a target for the Foxes after falling out with manager Luciano Spalletti, according to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Would Leicester's high-tempo, counter-attacking game be a good fit for a man nearing 40 who isn't much a fan of sprinting? Perhaps not.

But maybe the chance of reuniting with Claudio Ranieri is enough for Totti to turn his back on being a one club man.

    Richard Conway
BBC Radio 5 live sports news correspondent

Fifa has passed a package of reforms - 179 nations in favour, 22 against.

    The reforms include...

    • Terms limits for new president
    • Disclosure of salaries
    • New Fifa council
    • Promotion of women in football
    • Human rights enshrined
    • Separation of political and managerial functions

And that's lunch... Fifa delegates off to the buffet. Technically isn't 11:26 CET brunch?

Election candidates and their teams given another chance for last-minute lobbying ahead of the presidential election.

Joshua Murphy: Nearly John Stones for Chelsea - £37m. Thank god Everton rejected it.

Ahead of the Fifa fun and games, though, there is the infinitely more intriguing prospect of the Europa League round of 16 draw.

Manchester United, Tottenham and Liverpool are among the teams left and could face each other as there are no seedings or restrictions on clubs from the same country meeting.

Spanish side Valencia, managed by former United defender Gary Neville, are also in the draw which takes place in Switzerland at about 12:00 GMT.

Reforms, votes and a quick snoozepublished at 10:00

    Fifa congress

    So, Fifa...

The congress is now underway after a roll call confirmed that all 209 national associations were represented. Names were read out, and the delegates responded. Just like in school.

Anyway. We're now into a discussion about the reform agenda, which will culminate in a vote on said proposals before they break for a leisurely - and early - lunch.

Then, from around 12:00 GMT, the good stuff begins as the five candidates for the Fifa presidency each take their 15 minutes on the podium before the interminable voting process itself gets going. Best having a snooze at that point before the result is announced at around 17:30.

If anything interesting happens in the meantime, we'll let you know...

A bit more team news from Arsene Wenger as he says defender Gabriel will have a fitness test tomorrow and urges "caution" with the recently returned Danny Welbeck.

And finally a last word from Wenger on today's Fifa election...

"Clarity and honesty are needed in the organisation," he says. "We have to restore credibility."

He adds: "Uefa have presented a good candidate in Gianni Infantino," but the election "won't change a lot".

The last time Arsenal beat Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Premier League was September 2006 when a late Emmanuel Adebayor goal gave the Gunners a 1-0 win.

So what does Arsene Wenger think of the stadium that hasn't been kind to his sides over the years?

“It is a special place and it is always a special fixture for any side," he said. "We work hard for this period of the season. It is where you show your quality."

"If we win it puts us in a strong position but there is still a long way to go."

Arsene Wenger has arrived at his news conference ahead of Arsenal's game with Manchester United and it's bad news to start.

Gunners midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss Sunday's game and it sounds like several others after picking up a knee injury.

“We lost Oxlade-Chamberlain and it is quite serious. It will keep him out for a few weeks," said Wenger.

He adds that could mean "two or three weeks" or perhaps "six or seven" depending on the verdict of a specialist.

Staff at Fletcher Moss Rangers explain Marcus Rashford's journey to the Manchester United first team, after the 18-year-old scored twice on his full debut in the Europa League.

Ron Jamieson, club chairman, and development officer David Horrocks have watched Rashford develop from the age of six at Rangers, a club which has also produced former United players Wes Brown and Danny Welbeck, as well as current defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson.
