VAR is happy enough. Morocco have their away goal.

Tarik Tissoudali!
An astonishingly good tackle from Roman Saisse sets it up - breaking down a DR Congo attack - and an equally astonishing counter-attack sees the ball get to Tarik Tissoudali. He smashes it home.
Tissoudali has scored 15 times in 27 matches domestically for Gent in Belgium. He is a man in great form.
DR Congo 1-0 Morocco
Dieumerci Mbokani has had his last attempt. Ben Malango Ngita replaces him.
DR Congo 1-0 Morocco
Hakimi gets his head pretty cleanly to a Morocco cross - he and Nseyri both leap for it at the same time - but the Atlas Lions' right back can't quite get it on target.
Still, a fair bit more promising for Morocco.
DR Congo 1-0 Morocco
Dieumerci Mbokani is onside at the near post as the ball comes in from Akolo - but Samy Mmaee just does enough to put him off. All the best chances have gone to DR Congo - with the exception of that Morocco penalty.
DR Congo 1-0 Morocco
Mmaee may want to blame the pitch for that penalty miss. It was very poor.

There is an artificial surface at the Stade de Martyrs in Kinshasa and both sides seem to be struggling with it. The ball is skidding off the surface and there is an uneven bounce as well, There are also dark clouds above the stadium too as the wind also looks to be gusting, with rubbish blowing across the surface.
DR Congo 1-0 Morocco
Absolute SHOCKER of a penalty from Ryan Mmaee - launched high - devastatingly high - over Kiassumbua's goal and almost over the running track behind the goal too.
DR Congo 1-0 Morocco

Cameroon v Algeria
From Maher Mezahi
Djamel Belmadi is celebrating his 46th birthday today, and there's no better present that he'd enjoy than a positive result against Cameroon away from home. Belmadi decided to line his team up in a 5-2-3, for the very first time since he took over Les Fennecs in 2018.
Algeria: Mbolhi - Benayada, Mandi, Bedrane, Benlamri, Bensebaini - Bennacer, Zerrouki - Mahrez, Belaili, Slimani

Cameroon XI is a 4-3-3 In his first match coaching the Indomitable Lions, Rigobert Song has replaced two habitual starters Andre-Frank Zambo-Anguissa and Moumi Ngamaleu - who were both ruled out with injury - by by Bordeaux midfielder Jean Onana and Bayern Munich forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting. There seems to have been no lasting health implications for goalkeeper André Onana who was involved in a serious car accident this week.
Cameroon: A.Onana; Fai, Ngadeu, Castelletto, Tolo; Hongla, J.Onana, Gouet; Toko Ekambi, Aboubakar, Choupo-Moting

Has to be said not much fluid football in that first-half. According to the statistics Morocco have dominated the possession - they just have not done anything with it. DR Congo have done more with the little ball they have had and came close to extending their lead. The Leopards know a 1-0 lead is always fragile - Morocco know they have the talent to get back into this game.
One minute of injury time to go in the first half of DR Congo v Morocco.
Morocco, it has to be said, haven't offered much so far. Samy Mmaee personifies this with a nasty little foul on Ngonda.
Five minutes to half time - so nearly a quarter of the way through this two-legged tie - and DR Congo are fully worth their 1-0 lead. They'll be keen to keep a clean sheet too - away goals count in these qualifiers.

Morocco boss Vahid Halilhodzic is shaking his head on the sidelines - his team started much the stronger but since the goal DR Congo have had the better chances to extend their lead. The Bosnian is not happy with the way his side is playing at the moment.
Barely believable it's not 2-0!
Buliding DR Congo pressure leads to Cedric Bakambu finding the ball at his feet more or less only a metre - perhaps less - from the goalline. Somehow Bounou snuffs it out.
