My training has gone well all summer long."On the final lap I knew Marcel Hug was right there. I didn't know if I'd be able to hold on but I got lucky."

'I didn't know I could do this' - Den Boer
Women's wheelchair winner Nikita den Boer said of her shock victory over Marcela Shar on BBC TV:
"I didn't know I could do this.
"It's crazy times. It's a personal best so I'm really happy.
