Luke Campbell's stock has risen dramatically tonight even though he is the loser.
I think Vasyl Lomachenko underplayed how hard that was. I think it's the toughest fight he has had as a professional.
Vasyl Lomachenko speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live: "Like I said before the fight Luke Campbell has big amateur experience, he's a smart fighter, a technical fighter and you saw his reach so of course it was hard for me.
"He gave me a good experience and a good fight.
"The fans are unbelievable, they love and understand boxing. I want a unification fight for the four belts."
Shane McGuigan has just been saying how "proud" he is of Luke Campbell on BBC Radio 5 Live.
And he also mentioned that body shot in the fifth from Vasyl Lomachenko...
"It was a left hook to the body and Luke said it stuck with him for the rest of the rounds. But he recomposed himself and carried on," McGuigan said.
Vasyl Lomachenko speaking to Sky Sports: "Of course I’m happy. I want to thank everyone who came to support this beautiful fight and of course I’m happy this is my title.
"In the UK they are the best fans in the world."
AstroHurricane: WHAT A FIGHT!!!! Lomachenko all day for me, but a fantastic performance from Campbell. Guts, determination, and refusal to be over awed by the enormity of the task. Fight of the year??

There were six or seven rounds there that were very tight.
Luke Campbell speaking to Sky Sports: "He's a special fighter. I trained to win but it is hard to fight someone like that who adapts so well. He is a special fighter.
"With the support I have had here I can go on and achieve anything. My time will come."

Three of the four versions of the title now rest with Vasyl Lomachenko. But people who haven't seen it won't realise how hard he has had to work for it.

Even though Luke Campbell has lost his stock has probably risen. He is probably in Britain in the top five pound-for-pound fighters now.
As expected, Lomachenko wins to add the WBC lightweight title to his WBA and WBO belts.
The Ukrainian nods approvingly at Campbell. On paper, its a dominant win but everyone watching knows that was brilliant stuff from Campbell who just came up against someone who is almost unbeatable.

I never expected that. It was down to Luke Campbell who showed such skill alongside grit and determination.
Sean McGinty: Brilliant fight. Warriors both Campbell and Lomachenko. Campbell showed he belongs at the top table as well as proving a few doubters wrong.

We came for sorcery and were given a display of old-fashioned grit, determination and heart and desire. Such bravery, such guts. The points mean nothing. Luke Campbell made the magician look normal.
The two fighters hug at the end - great show of respect. What a fight and what a performance from both.
Lomachenko is determined to finish with a flourish and he's aggressive from the outset. A body shot from Campbell is low and Lomachenko is not happy with that. Has it just stirred the hornet's nest? Campbell lands a couple of punches but Lomachenko responds with a flurry that is only halted when Campbell almost rugby tackles his opponent.
The bell goes for the end of the round and there's a huge cheer from the crowd. Lomachenko has won this but Campbell has absolutely done himself proud.

You are right Steve. Vasyl Lomachenko was starting to blow. There is so much skill and so much grit and determination on show from Luke Campbell tonight.

That was a stand up and applaud round. Luke Campbell was gone when he went down. but Vasyl Lomachenko was sucking up the air as well.
